At Huckstorf Diesel we realize that there are times when a part fails and a warranty claim needs to be filed. We try to make the process as easy as possible to get you back running again. The warranty period varies from manufacture to manufacture, so give us a call if you have a question on if you are still in the warranty time period.
Return possible defective part back with the following information:
- Year, Make & Model of Vehicle part was installed on
- The complete VIN# (Vehicle Identification Number)
- Mileage at original installation
- Mileage at time of failure
- Date of Installation
- Date of Failure
- Customer Complaint
- Fault Codes, if there are any
- What type of diagnostic tool was used
- Description of diagnostics performed
- Copy of Original Purchase Invoice
- If you want a replacement or credit
